“Jackass Forever” (2022)

Within the past year, we have been greeted with a lot of 2000s Nostalgia: Sam Raimi’s Spider-Man swung back into theaters with “Spider-Man: No Way Home”, We got another Matrix sequel with “Resurrections” and Marilyn Manson even made the news again. Hell, as I have even stated about multiple films, movies are starting to become fun again. With the nostalgia of the 2000s becoming a new trend in today’s state of film, MTV and Paramount have decided to vie for their slice of the pie with their latest film, “Jackass Forever”. Based on the hit MTV show that ran from 2000 — 2002, this is said to be the final “Jackass” film in the series. I, myself, grew up with this show as a kid. While my parents resented it, My brother and I would often watch the show in secret back when it ran.

12 years after “Jackass 3D”, Johnny Knoxville, Steve-O, and the rest of the crew have returned for one last go around in “Jackass Forever”. Will it be as fun as one remembers? Or has all foolishness and Bathroom Humor stunts become played out? Let’s find…
